Every item in the catalog is supplied as an analytical reagent for in-vitro and animal-model research conducted by qualified personnel. Orders are accepted from institutional laboratories, contract research organizations, universities, and independent research customers aged 21 or over. Purchasers attest to research intent at order submission. Shipments are delivered to a business or laboratory address.
In-catalog lots are released within one business day of order confirmation. Custom synthesis inquiries are quoted with a fourteen to twenty-one day lead time and a ten gram minimum. Every dispatch includes tracking and the lot code referenced on the packing document.
Lyophilized material is stable at minus twenty degrees Celsius, protected from light and moisture. Recommended storage conditions are printed on the container label. Store containers sealed and equilibrate to ambient temperature before opening to limit condensation.
Containers ship sealed under inert headspace inside insulated packaging with monitored coolant. Inspect the seal, coolant state, and label on receipt. If packaging integrity is compromised, report the lot code and the shipment will be replaced.
Unopened containers with an intact seal may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, referenced by lot code. Cold-chain shipments must be inspected on receipt; discrepancies reported within forty-eight hours are resolved by replacement of the affected lot.
