The certificate lists the compound, lot number, assay method, measured purity, test date, and issuing laboratory. Confirm the lot on the certificate matches the lot printed on your vial label before use.

Unopened material with an intact seal may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Cold-chain items are inspected on receipt. If a shipment arrives compromised, send the lot number and we will replace it.
